Terms of use
1. By booking a vehicle on the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Renters must comply with all Philippine traffic laws and regulations during the rental period.
3. The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at its discretion, with notice provided via email or the Platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. Renters may not use the Platform’s intellectual property, including branding or materials, without written consent.
2. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action under Philippine intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities
Renters are prohibited from:
1. Using vehicles for illegal purposes, such as transporting contraband or engaging in criminal activities.
2. Sub-leasing or transferring the vehicle to a third party.
3. Misrepresenting personal details, including falsifying identification or driver’s license information.
4. Failing to return the vehicle on time or in its original condition.
Termination Clause
1. The Platform reserves the right to terminate a Renter’s account for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal use of the vehicle.
2. Renters may voluntarily close their account by notifying the Platform, provided all pending obligations are settled.
3. Upon termination, the Renter forfeits any rights to ongoing disputes unless explicitly allowed by the Platform.
Renters Obligations
1. Vehicle Use:
• Renters must not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, including transporting contraband, reckless driving, or racing. Violations will result in immediate termination of the rental and a penalty of ₱10,000.
• Sub-renting or lending the vehicle to third parties is strictly prohibited.
2. Return Policy:
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. Late returns will incur a penalty of ₱500 per hour, up to a maximum of ₱5,000 per day.
Damages and Liability
1. Damage Assessment:
• Renters are responsible for any damages sustained during the rental period.
• A damage fee of ₱5,000 applies for minor damages (e.g., scratches, dents), while major damages (e.g., engine failure due to negligence) will be charged based on repair estimates.
2. Insurance Claims:
• Renters are required to cooperate in insurance claims. If damages are not covered by insurance, the Renter must pay the full cost of repairs.
3. Lost Items:
• Renters are responsible for replacing lost keys, remote controls, or accessories. Replacement fees range from ₱3,000 to ₱10,000, depending on the item.
Penalties
1. Unauthorized use of the vehicle: ₱10,000 fine and legal action.
2. Falsified documents or identification: Immediate account suspension and potential legal charges under the Anti-Fencing Law.
Governing Law

• Anti-Fencing Law of 1979 (Presidential Decree No. 1612)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004.
